RealtyPad does not sync MLS feeds automatically in v1. Your agent and workflows still add value using the sources below.
Manual and realtor leads¶

Public / portal / MLS ingest¶
Operators pull listings via Apify, Firecrawl, a user scraping MCP, or a connected MLS MCP. Follow board rules and site ToS; do not scrape sites that prohibit it.
Agent skill: housemaxxing-ingest (source-agnostic sweep → normalize → upsert). Downstream: housemaxxing-research → housemaxxing-triage → housemaxxing-underwrite.
What the agent can do without MLS¶
- Ingest and update leads with money fields and listing copy when provided
- Rescore LTR/STR/flip/wholesale models
- Attach photos via URL, add observations and comments
- Pull market snapshots (cached regional trends) when populated
What requires MLS-grade data¶
- Live MLS status, private remarks, showing instructions, accurate DOM from MLS
- Guaranteed-complete inventory for a board
For that, you will eventually connect an approved MLS data feed (see MLS overview).
